[amayausers] Amaya not centering properly

At first I thought is was an optical illusion, often my designs seemed to 
be sewing a little bit right of center, so I did a test. I just created a 
design, a simple circle outline, about the size of a quarter. I center it 
using design shop, looks fine on the crosshairs, perfectly centered. I load 
the design in Amaya OS, it looks a little low in the crosshairs, but 
centering it doesn't change anything. I sew out the design, then get out my 
ruler and protractor, sure enough the center of the design is about 3mm 
right and 3mm low of center of the hoop...

I can adjust the starting position of the hoop before I sew to correct the 
problem, but any ideas on why this is happening?
