LuAnn,
Double check the Thread Detection settings in AOS for the file that you are
sewing. I found in some older files (edited/created in many versions ago of
DS) that the Thread Detection was turned OFF.

I am running .029, but the newer, I think it is .045 will be installed
tomorrow when a tech is making a call here.
