Hello Steve, This has been an on going problem ever since I got the Machines and Melco is aware of the problems we are having. So far nothing has fixed it. I was on the phone today and got tried of waiting so hung up after twenty minutes. I will call back again tomorrow. Like I said these machines are new so I should not have a charge to repair them, if that has to be . I'm sure it is something simply to fix I just have a shop full of things to get out. What would the $50.00 be for if we are under the warranty.

Just make sure your force download is not checked and just turn off the machine and turn it back on. It should default back to the same stitch you were on when it stopped. It will come back onto your list after it restarts.If you don't make MELCO aware of your problem they won't be able to get it fixed for you. I don't like to spend the $50.00 either if I don't have to. Call them first, and if they don't have a fix over the phone you may have to spring for the $50.Steve I.
