I just walked over to see how it sits..and there are black plastic 'cog wheels'
under each 'leg'...so these must be levelers?
Nothing we remember ever adjusting-so they might have already been on the legs
and we just didn't notice.
But there is at least an inch of 'space' between the white metal frame and the
top of the cart.
Sue doesn't remember putting the 'leveler' in if that is what is there.
Are they shipped with those already on?
Or did we just put them in and not realize it so long ago?
The description of your cart sounds the same, but I have seen different
ones-different 'shelf' or a drawer or something underneath, we have a larger
bottom shelf we put the hat hoops on...
