Connie,

keep an eye on the computer.  If you get that message speratically and then it 
works ...be careful.  I had a design shop dongle that was going flakey and did 
the same thing until it one day quit.  Then design shop would not work at all.  
All it took was my tech/rep to order a replacement dongle and everything is 
back to normal.  They are electronic and with everything electronic they can 
just go.

Not too serious, but keep an eye on it and if necessary request a new dongle if 
the tech thinks that that is the case too
