Thanks everyone! I seem to be working again.

Here's what I did - just in case this happens to someone else.

1. I just tried restarting the program - no luck.
2. I emailed the list with my frustrations, but was already preparing to =

shut down and start fresh.
3. I pulled the case out of my desk, made sure everything (not just the=20
dongle) was tight, put it back in the desk and started it up again.
4. Success - everything was tightened, but rebooting and the security of =

testing all the connections seems to have done the trick. Must be that =
TLC=20
factor.
5. Answered a call from Melco - thanks to whomever contacted them for me =
-=20
and confirmed that I'd been correct in the steps I'd taken. That's what =
I=20
call prompt service!
