Ditto here. I use ARC 40 poly and have some Madiera 60. ARC runs great; I run 
at 1400spm except when the machine slows down due to design stitches.

I run ARC thread and it works fine.  We also have run Madiera for 60 weight
and isacord as well.  But overall, I don't have the problems some of you
report with ARC.  Just thought I would chime in ;)
