Herb,
Are you using a single dongle or multiply dongles? We have (2) dongles and
(4) machines and have seen some strange things happen. There is no
consistency to so of them. It's gotten to the point you can't take your eyes
of the machines. Let us know if you get anymore info from Melco.

Subject: [amayausers] AMAYA OS Dongle
HELP!!!
I am running along just fine and then the machine stops and I am prompted
that the job settings have changed, would I like to save them. I say no and
the next thing that pops up is "There are no AMAYA OS Dongles present". The
keypad is locked out. Have to restart everything. Any one have a similar
issue, any ideas?
Thanks,
Herb
