[amayausers] AMAYA OS Dongle

HELP!!! 
I am running along just fine and then the machine stops and I am prompted that 
the job settings have changed, would I like to save them. I say no and the next 
thing that pops up is "There are no AMAYA OS Dongles present". The keypad is 
locked out. Have to restart everything. Any one have a similar issue, any ideas?
