The ITCS is the system that was made first and is taller than the Slim
Line.  Same principal but the Slim Line was developed for the Amaya.
The other one can hit the needle unit and do a lot of damage.  We have
the ITCS because it was all that was available at the time.  We are very
careful when using it but it is worth every penny for hooping thicker
items like bags, leather cases, Christmas stockings, knit caps and lycra
fabric.  You can hoop but not stretch the lycra.  If you are buying for
an Amaya then you should purchase the Slim Line to prevent running into
the needlecase.  I plan on purchasing the Slim Line for our second

What clamping system does anyone recommend? The Slim Line, ITCS, are
there any others? Which are the better of these 2 systems? I've priced
both and I know how expesive they are but if it's worth the money,
that's not a problem.
