I don't do alot with 60wt (used to with my home machine) but do have one design that I use it on. I'm not sure if anyone else makes it. What color are you using (black may break more than some other colors). I also think it only comes in rayon which I think breaks more at the higher speeds especially. I use a 65 needle.
