Herb - I have not done them but if you click on material thickness button, I
think there is an option for foam. Then I would add whatever thickness you
normally use for hat to that. GOOD LUCK - I never seem to have good results
with 3D foam. Keep us posted on how you do. Did you digitize design yourself?
If so, give us some particulars.
