Rod,
The material thickness preset says 19, but then do I add the cap thickness to 
that? What do you think?

    I have not actually done puffy foam myself, yet....but....in some of the 
seminar training that I have attended, depending on the thickness of the foam , 
19 to 25 was mentioned as a starting point.....
