[altroots] on a personal note

Hi there, Rooters -

I wanted to reconnect for a minute, in that personal/political way we do.

Many of you I've seen, some of you have heard, and maybe nobody cares
but... Kt Kilborn (that lesbian who did "Underground Transit" and that
funny skiing story at the 2003 annual meeting) is now Scott Turner
Schofield - he, that guy, him. And I have a new solo show called
"Debutante Balls"!

I'm transitioning in lots of ways - changed my name legally and am
starting the medical process. I've also been touring with both shows and
some other projects since last September, which has been really excellent.
And I understand that it takes time for other people to transition to what
I'm doing - so don't worry about using an incorrect name or pronoun. I
just appreciate your keeping this process in mind.
