If it's easy to set up, it would seem handy and elegant to use "Reply" to
respond to the sender only, and "Reply to All" to post a response to the
whole list. Otherwise, "Reply" should mean to the whole list. This is, after
all, a listserve. But for heaven's sake, don't make Allen have to moderate
this thing. We'll figure it out, just like we did the first time.
