[altroots] Fwd: Oxford Film Festival September 7-11

Friends,

If anyone is near Oxford, check out our film festival. I play a real jerk of
an old bitty in "Glorious Mail" premiereing on Saturday. Also I did casting
and location for a music video directed by Thad Lee ( MFA student in film at U
of New Orleans.) And the one yurt in Mississippi is featured in a short called
"Red Dawn."

One of the young people we are housing from New Orleans was hired to play for
the opening party -- and we have other evacuees coming to the films.

Much work to be done for our friends on the coast. I'm getting word bit by bit
regarding the grassroots storytellers I work with in South Mississippi.
