[adaptivetec] recording with older PlexTalk

Hi all,
I'm sad to say that I have not used my Plextalk in quite some time. I am not
too rusty with playing things that are already recorded. Where I need help
is with recording. I would like to record several presentations on Thursday
and any notes I have on the topic are not reacily accessible.
Does anyone have any information to share?
I'll be recording to a CD with the internal Mic.
