[adaptivetec] Re: deleting my sent items in outlook express

Margaret, are you using Control Y from the in-box where you receive your 
messages to go to sent items, then after you get their, press Control A to 
select all, then hold down the alt key while yoou press delete key upunder the 
num pad.
If that doesn't work for you, their is another way.  Press your tab key twice, 
until it says folders or the tab after address book, arrow up or down until you 
get to sent items, tab one more time, then press control A to select all, then 
press the delete key or alt delete, when you finish tab back to folders , arrow 
up or down until you get to in-box and tab once more to actually be back at 
your in-box, I know it sounds confusing but it also works.

all was unavailable. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

    Yes, go to your sent items and press control A, which selects all, then 
press alt delete to keep them from going to the recycle bin.
