[adaptivetec] Re: Shopping with Safeway

Hi,
I've been shopping via the Safeway access site for about six months now.  Unfortunately, this site is somewhat lacking in comparison to the unadapted site.  Some of the functions and options that are included in the main web site were simply not incorporated in to the access page.  For instance, an inaccurate pricing total of items in the shopping basket is often displayed, and some account management choices are not available.  You can, however, see if items are on special.  If you arrow down one line from the name of a product in question, you'll see sp and the reduced price.  As for rally items, those will not be integrated in to the access site.  My suggestion would be to call their toll free customer service number and express dissatisfaction with this lack of accessibility.  Safeway needs to know that the access site, though appreciated, needs improvement.

Subject: [adaptivetec] Shopping with Safeway

Hello, Everyone,

I have recently began to shop at Safeway.com.  I received an email indicating I could save money if I purchased ten products identified as "rally" products.

Commercials state that in the store these products are identified as "rally" with small tags.  I have attempted to search for "rally" on the website with no luck.

Question: Does anyone know how I can identify a "rally" product on the accessible website?  Thanks.
