Hi Lori,

To print selected pages:

Hit Ctrl-P to print
Then Alt-G
In edit field type 1-2 or 1,3,5
Hit enter on Okay.

To print current page, hit Alt-E.

Hope this helps.

Connie

Hi, Everyone,

If I have a word document, but I want to print only specific pages and not the whole document, how do I enter those pages in the print menu. I see one combo box where I can select all pages in range, odd pages or even pages, but I do not see a box or field where I can select only specific pages.

Thanks for any help.
