GW Micro was shocked to learn that Dr. Russell Smith, founder of HumanWare,
and his wife, Marian D'Eve, died in a plane crash in New Zealand on Sunday,
August 7th. We have known Dr. Smith for years, and are saddened at his loss.
He was a great friend to us, and people with blindness and low vision
everywhere. Our deepest condolences go out to the Smith family and our
friends at HumanWare.
