Hi, I got this set of instructions from another list  
In IE go to tools and windows update and then after it searches for updates
choose custom, and then check the box next to the update for daylight
savings
time and install. This update is not included in the automatic updates.

Dear Everyone,

I know that someone else wrote to the list concerning the change from
Daylight Saving time back to Pacific Standard Time coming up in the Fall of
this year, but what about daylight Savings time coming up on March 11?

Has Microsoft dealt with this issue in any way, concerning how computers
will be affected?
