  Sally,

I have been using them for training for about a dozen years, they are great
if you ever need training.

Dawn and Chrissie are the office folks,

415-409-6650, they do have an 800 # but don't remember it.

    Rob,

Thanks. I didn't know Adaptive Tech still had an office. Can you tell me
how to contact them?
I won't download it either until I hear differently.
    JFW is still not answering.

    Thanks,

    Sally

I herd that the last Jaws up-date had some problems and they re-called
it, don't know the specifics. Steve Clark told me, maybe you can check with
the Adaptive Tech offices for info. I didn't download the up-grade notice
that I got today for that reason.

        Hi,

AVG recognized the JAWS recent update patch as a threat. AVG removed
it to the Virus Vault.
Freedom Scientific does not answer. Has anyone else experienced this?

        4 Processes terminated
2 files removed1 registry key deleted

Now JAWS is prommpting me that another update is available.

I am not sure what to do.
Maybe for now, say no to updates?

        Thanks ,

        Sally Maguire
