There is a new device on the market called the VideoTim. It is very
Optacon like except the pins don't vibrate. A camera sends a 16X16 bit image
to an array of 16X16 pins. The pins rise, and fall like those on a Braille
display. The machine does have a number of adjustments like an Optacon. For
