Hi Ann,
That sounds fabulous. Do you remember any advice techniques your student gave as you made the box - tips etc?
Is any of his work on the net?
The castle must have been astounding.
Best,

I had a student at Colorado Center for the Blind who majored in origami, he
is the master. One class he took over and taught us all how to make a box
tactually (we all work under sleepshades). He demanded precision and was
patient enough to encourage us until we managed it. We were all successful.

We had an art exhibit at VSA arts Access Gallery and he made an origami
castle out of recycled Braille paper. People who could read Brialle could
get a whole additional layer of information.
