Hi,
An online course/resource for making tactile graphics with Corel Draw - both audio-visual and as a pdf. from the Provincial Resource Centre for the Visually Impaired. Wonderful. 
Use Illustrator myself, but wonderful to have this resource!
(The Provincial Resource Centre for the Visually Impaired (PRCVI) is a Ministry of Education Provincial Resource Program, hosted by the Vancouver School Board (VSB).)
