[accessibleimage] Tactile Instruction

Hello,
  I am conducting research in the area of accessible diagrams. I am attempting
to locate best practice in how tactile diagram exploration is being taught to 
blind
users. Areas I am interested in are, what way instructors are using diagrams in 
their courses,
the instruction provided to the users, the methods used for tactile exploration 
and so on.

I have located some material but I am hoping that members of this list will be 
able to provide
guidance that will assist me in my work. Any information would be very much 
appreciated.
