Hi Lisa,
We're using that sort of thing as part of the MiMeG project here at Bristol.
We're just using it to annotate video and no character recognition is being
performed. If you've got any questions about the more technological aspects
of this sort of technology then Muneeb, the RA working on the project, sits
next to me and the supervisor for MiMeG is also my PhD supervisor.
