Supa Ngwao Museum is also involved in a corporate philanthropy
adventure. " We are working in conjunction with the Lephoi Centre for
the Blind in Francistown to stage an exhibition for the blind. This is
going to be a very big project," he says. He maintains that this is
going to be one way of giving back to the community - a token of
appreciation that each and every organisation ought to do.
Mapila also highlights the fact that the museum is working in
collaboration with schools to promote art.

Seeing Beyond Sight Challenge
a photography adventure
This experience isn’t about blindness – it is about seeing, noticing and
paying attention with more than your eyes.
We dare you to take on the challenge of photographing blind. Sign up to
do the Seeing Beyond Sight Challenge (some time in the coming year), or
just check out what other people are doing
<http://sf0.org/tasks/seeing-beyond-sight-photo-challenge/#praxis>.
People have done it in Africa, Cambodia, Australia and the United States.
1. Blindfold yourself.
2. Go out in public and make your way in the world.
3. Photograph things you notice. And, just notice.
4. Embrace the whole experience as much as the picture taking.
5. Challenge some friends to do it.

We avoided doing our own assignment – mustered a thousand excuses at
first. Then, we did it, and it was as amazing as it was challenging.
Take the plunge – we dare you.
