Hi Everett,
Are you familiar with the tactile album containing pictures of the solar
system? Author - Cinzia Guroli. Title - Terra, Luna, Sole. The book is =
in
Italian but there is very little languge to read - mainly names. This =
could
be a good introduction before you move to more distant regions of the
galaxy.
The book was produced by Tactile Vision Onlus in Italy (not to be =
confused
with Tactilve Vision in Canada - another producer of very good quality
tactile graphics). I hope this e-mail address is still good if you want =
more
details: tactile@xxxxxxxxx If not, try to contact Fabio Levi at
fabio.levi@xxxxxxxx The price on the copy I have is 29.95 Euros. The =
book
contains 23 'legal size' tactile illustrations (silk screen) - the =
Earth.
the solar systems. the Moon, different phases of the Moon etc...
Best wishes - Bob Marek
