[accessibleimage] RE : TACTUS Conference

Absolutely ! they're doing a wonderful job !=20
Each year, there's a prize awarding on the creation of stories for
children put in tactile using all kinds of different materials,
textures, etc. The editor of those books is called =AB=A0Les doigts qui
r=EAvent=AB=A0 or, in English, =AB=A0The dreaming fingers=AB=A0; which =
indicates the
type of initiatives that they're promoting.
I guess that Bob Marek can tell us much more about it, as he is member
of the jury for the Tactus Prize?
=AB=A0Les doigts qui r=EAvent=AB=A0 are also trying to set up an =
international
partnership called =AB=A0Amandine=AB=A0dealing with the learning process =
blind
children have to go through before they can =AB=A0understand=AB=A0 =
tactile
pictures and how one can make those tactile images a source of
development of the blind children's imagination.=20
