Hi,

I have a question about using a VersaPoint and QuickTac betaversion and hoping someone might have an idea.
When printing out a graphic directly from QuickTac the picture  divides into parts. First a bit of the graphic embosses than it spaces down for about 5 inches then embosses a bit then spaces again etc.
I think this is a hardware/firmware problem but not sure. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
