Hi! Sorry for this long messege. I'm a graphic design student in Puerto
Rico.My thesis for my masters is about "How can graphic designers contribute
in the publications for blind children". I need people that would answer
question for the interviews for my thesis. I will post questions for
teachers, blind children, print-houses and graphic designers. Anyone who
knows about the theme can help answer them too if they like. Just select the
questions that best suites you. I would apreciate any help. Thanks a lot and

Questions for Interviews:
For Teachers:
1.What books do you use in class for blind children?
2.Do you know who creates this books?
3.Do you think that they are designed suitably?
4.How can these books could be improved?
5.Is there a variety of books for blind kids?
6.Do you think that it would be positive if a designer takes part in the
design of these books?
7.Is there any element that must include the books in addition to the
braille?
8.The books that already exist, are they designed suitably so that the
development of these children is suitably?
9.Is there conscience that the publications can be designed having in mind
their needs and opinions?
For children:
1.Do you like books?
2.What do you like the most in a book?
3 .Which is your favorite book? Why?
4.Are the books that you have read fun?
5.Could they be better? How?
6.Would you like that in addition to the braille they had textures, sounds,
scents and "pop-ups"?
7.Would this make more fun and easy the reading?
8.How would be the book of your dreams?
For Printing-Houses:
1.Do you know Braille books for blind children?
2.What is the process to create a Braille book?
3.Is there a variety of books for blind kids?
4.Is a graphic designer involved in the process?
5.Do you think that a graphic designer is needed? Why?
6.Do you think that these books should continue to develop and
evolve?
7.Do you think that the experience of reading Braille should merge with
textures, sounds, scents and "pop-ups"? or Does this books already exist?
8.Would it make the book most interesting?
9.Would the price for creating a book with all these element s would be too
high?
10.Do you think that colors are important in these books?
11.Is there conscience that the publications can be designed having in mind
the needs and opinions of the children?
