[accessibleimage] Re: Maps with TGD and INDEX

Hi Adriana (and all),
Just to add a couple more items to the other comments.

I believe TGD is now owned by Duxbury Systems, which may mean that we
will soon see more tactile graphic facilities in the Duxbury Braille
software.

Since you're using an Index embosser you might also want to look at the
new version of WinBraille (free to Index users) which now also has
facilities to develop basic tactile images.

It's a shame you are unable to join us at Tactile Graphics 2005, but we
realise that there will be other people in your position, so we will be
putting as much information as possible on the NCTD website after the
event. There are already over 70 abstracts for the workshops,
presentations and exhibitions, but we will be adding a lot more. The
update is likely to be finished early next year, and I'll post here to
tell everyone when it's finished.

Best regards

Subject: [accessibleimage] Maps with TGD and INDEX

Hallo people,

Unfortunately I won't be at the Tactile Graphics 2005. But I'm still
working at the Maps.
I'm working with the TGD software and embossing at the INDEX. I have a
good solution, but it isn't the best. Do you know if there is some
software or some embosser that I can try to do other kinds of points, or
traces?
I'm sorry to ask you this question, but I'm alone here, nobody here
works with TGD and Braille too, so I need your help.
I want to change my experience with you.

Thank's
