Hi Ann,
TraceMe is one of the programs of TGD Pro where one opens jpg , gif files
to make printouts that can be used for svell paper, but it also converts
the file for an embosser. Once it does this you can be open in a seperate
window where the dots are very enlarged for low-vision users.
The gif or jpg would have to be opened in TraceMe and converted for an
embosser, saved as a .sig file. Qiktac, the other program in TGD Pro,
opens only sig and brg files where they can be edited.
This is a very interesting question. I believe Don Parkes aimed to make it
accessible. Unsure about the speech screen reader.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Lisa
