Hello,

  We got your contact details from your website  and wondered if you
would be able to help us out.  We are working on a research project at
Glasgow University investigating leisure activities of visually impaired
people and the problems encountered when carrying these out.  In order
to do this we have created a questionnaire that we would like as many
people as possible with visual impairments to complete.  The
questionnaire covers the types of activities that people may carry out
in their leisure time.  A copy of the questionnaire in both word and PDF
format is attached to this email.  We would appreciate if you could help
us distribute it.
