Not sure about that but a lot of Dr. Kennedy's works are on line among other things his book! I sent the links to this awhile back and perhaps it is available there.
It's the University of Toronto that puts it's academics published works on line. Wonderful!!!
Have just checked that link in Accessibleimage archive and that link has changed, here is the updated link. Other works also here.
