Two members of this list, me and Will Pearson, are also blinks working
toward our PhD in a similar area.  There are a lot of resources out there, I
would not know where to point you without more detail though.  You can write
to me off list and I'll see what I can do.

Hi,
I just joined this group yesterday.  I am a blind computer science student
embarking on a research project for my Ph.D. qual and beyond...  And trying
to do a simulation by putting visual, audio and tactile features together
for visually impaired person (which I am myself).  Can anyone in this email
group point me to some additional resourceful website and electronic
