We had the same problem with the flexi-paper, be sure you are using it on the
slick side for the diagrams, ours would also stick in the copy machine. We are
no longer using the flexi-paper.
We have switched to using the Swell Touch paper from American Thermoform. It
provides crisper braille and diagram lines. Note: if using the by-pass for the
copy machine, you will need to put the matte side down, glossy white side up
(this if different from the directions). It will also jam if not done
correctly.
Also, I have tried the thermo pen, but I did not like the final product.
