Thank you for reading, I appreciate
your feedback.
This is thought of as a tool to
convey color information. For those
that what to give this information
when they make an adaptation of say a painting.
The idea is to be a place saver.
Say for example you wanted to
tell what the colors were in a painting
beside a texture or area. One could have
two cells that would if written out would mean
dark yellow orange color
this would take up 18 cells (have not included the
word color) and this same cell
would also be understood in
Norwegian as "mørk gul oransje farge".
This is just a shorthand notation.
And of course it is not for everyone,
not everyone is interested in talking
about colors but for those that are, it's
a quick notation when one has limited space.
That's often the case when making tactile
graphics. From my experience anyway.
