[accessibleimage] Blind deaf and tactiles

Hi,
Does anyone have experience with persons that are blind and
deaf with tactiles? Extra considerations? I don't know if
this is a stupid question or not. So please forgive my
ignorance. It would seem that tactiles would be of increased
importance, is this correct or not? Would appreciate links
to information, books etc.
