I’ll give you a hint by quoting Seinfeld, who said that, at a funeral, most people would rather be in the coffin than give the eulogy. Yes, that’s right. It is safe to say that people would rather die than speak in public. On Tuesday, January 31st at 8pm EST in the classroom of Accessible World, there will be a special meeting demonstrating the workings of Toastmasters International, the best known organization devoted to improving communication and leadership skills through different forms of public speaking. We will recreate, as closely as possible in this virtual environment, what it’s like to attend and participate in a local Toastmasters meeting. This is an event like no other in the classroom series. It will be presented by a team of people, and there will be a specific part of the meeting in which you will be asked to participate. Come join us for an entertaining and educational meeting that you won’t soon forget.
