Hi Andy, yes, and it's got menus.
                    John.

Hi Andy, no, I don't think it will. As far as I know it's just
straightforward stereo recording. I think you can do that with another of the
Zooms, but I can't remember which, possible the H4N, although don't hold me to
it.
When I was finding out what I could about Zoom recorders I found a couple
of demos on Youtube. I'm sure in one of them the guy said you could effectively
multitrack. In the particular demo I'm thinking of the guy was building up
pachelbel's canon a part at a time. If you google for zoom h4n youtube you'll
probably find it. Mind you, the guy wasn't at all familiar with the recorder,
so you may not learn much from the clip.
                        John.

      Hi John -

Just looking at the product details for the Zoom h1 on Amazon, it seems
to say that it is possible to play back 2 tracks at once, can you confirm this?
Does this mean it has the facility to record 2 instruments on separate tracks,
and play them back together, thus building up a band sound? I'm pretty sure it
probably can't, but would be great if it could -

      Andy

Hi everybody, Amazon have a very good deal on the Zoom H1 plus
accessory pack. They're doing it for 109 quid, a tenner less than if they're
bought separately. In the accessory pack you get:
          a.. Adjustable Tripod Stand
b.. 240v UK AC Adapter and UB Cable
          c.. Mic Clip Adapter
          d.. Windscreen Ball
          e.. Padded-Shell Case
          f..
          g.. John.
          h..
