Hi Iain,

Couldn't agree with you more.  And no-one is thinking about the hard time
the software has to translate Braille because it is so ambiguous.  No wonder
people have trouble with Braille translation software.

I really couldn't disagree more with this. There will be many Braille 
readers who will only vote against the change in the mistaken beleif that it

will be difficult to adapt. If we want more Braille, then shurely Braille 
producers must have some say as a more unified system will lead to simpler 
programs which will hoepfully lead to more Braille.

I think only Braille readers should be allowed to vote on the
cha\nges to UK  Braille.

Those that  teach Braille, or  produce Braille, should not have any say
in this matter.

It should  about what's best for the blind Braille readers, notr what is
best for the sighted  teachers or producers.
