Sorry, but what crap.  If the readers decided without input from the
teachers, the quality of Braille learning would go down.

I think only Braille readers should be allowed to vote on the
cha\nges to UK  Braille.

Those that  teach Braille, or  produce Braille, should not have any say
in this matter.

It should  about what's best for the blind Braille readers, notr what is
best for the sighted  teachers or producers.
