Hi Alex,

Though it's nice to have things cleanly removed, it's not as vital as removing, say, a virus checker before installing another. Jaws can stay "uselessly" and only "in a tiny part" of your hard drive and will do no real harm.

Are you saying that some of Jaws is showing in the "add Remove" section. If so, is there not a "Remove" button? I don't quite understand how you have located the remaining Jaws items.

Anyway, hope you get it sorted soon and we'll all be keen to know how it was resolved.

Hi Joe,

I see the remnants of the FS products in Add remove in control panel , but they do not have any remove buttons.I have spoken to the tech support team at Sight and sound, and have been advised that I do not need to remove them, but I do not feel as if Jaws will be fully removed until these components have been removed, even if all other components of Jaws have been removed with the uninstall.

The two components left are freedom Scientific document server , and Freedom Scientific Braille.
