thanks for that, it's just as I thought, they just can't be bothered by the
sound of things.

Didn't relies we have IE fanatics on list! *smile* It's not a biggie folks,
keep Firefox in your arsenal and only use it when you need to solve one of
those horrid riddles. Agreed it would've been nice to have a Webvisum
version for IE, Chrome and Safari too but unfortunately there isn't. Simon,
Here's below their explanation from their site as requested ;-)

". Q: I only use Internet Explorer. When will you have an IE version?
. A: We will probably never have an Internet Explorer version. The reasons
are simple:
list of 2 items nesting level 1
. 1. Internet Explorer is much more difficult to develop for than Firefox
and thus it will cost us a lot of time and money to provide you with a high
quality
product that you would enjoy using. We prefer to spend that time and money
developing what we already have even further!
. 2. Firefox is currently the most accessible browser on the planet.
Version 3.0 which was recently released ranks as probably THE best browser
out there
overall in accessibility, performance and memory consumption. It is also
very frequently updated, especially with important fixes. You simply can't
go
wrong with Firefox. It is the future browser of the Internet. Now is the
best time to start using it."

You can still use IE as your main browser and at the same time have Firefox
installed with Webvisum to use it when the need rises. That's what I do. I
can't braise Webvisum enough.

On the Webvisum site they have an explanation on why they don't have an IE
version.

Generally speaking, IMHO, it is a good idea to have another browser
installed in addition to your main one.

Amro

I would have thought bringing out an IE version of that add on would be a
better idea, for those who have always used IE.

The ability to solve CAPTCHA is almost in itself a good enough reason for
installing Firefox.

Not true! If you use firefox there is an add on called Webvisum that solves
captchas for you.
