Hosting if he keep sgoing the way he is.
His site has access keys on it.
I prefer taking a risk on the smaller companys because although they are not
long and established like larger organisations they can often offer a more
precice, friendly support system.

www.gradwell.com - however they will insist you have a domain with them as
this is how they work. Also check out www.andrelouis.com as on that page
there is a link to a premium webspace account - not sure of the price
though - and they may be more adaptible.
