Yes it is, I just would have expected to see a link direct from the Thunder site so it relies upon it quite a lot.

I went to
www.screenreader.net
to download Web IE for use with Thunder, but I cannot find it on the site.
I went to the thunder link, it's not there.  I went to the "other VI
products" link, and it is not there either.  Have people please downloaded
it from that site?
