Hi Graham,
Hot Point do fit braille panels if you telephone your nearest service centre
once you've chosen the machine you want. They'll ask you for model number
and colour of the machine and they make a really good job of it. The dots
blend in with the decor of the machine but are easy to feel and work well.
As for machines with driers, don't dismiss them out of hand. I've used one
for years and have never had a problem.
